Applications from US customers will be reviewed and approved based on verification of a valid reseller's tax license number or tax ID number. If you do not enter that tax ID number, or an entry as noted below, you will not be approved. You do not have to fax the license.

If you live in one of the five states without a sales tax, (DE, MT, OR, NH, AK) that requirement will be waived. Please enter your state name in the resale license field.

If you are an international customer, the requirement will also be waived. Please enter your country in the resale license field.
